Employee engagement is a buzzword on every company’s lips nowadays, and for good reason. Studies have shown that employees who feel valued are more productive, have lower absentee rates, and are more likely to stay with their jobs for a longer period. There are many ways to engage your team and make them feel like superstars, but today we’re going to discuss company swag stores and how branded packaging ideas and presentation make all the difference when it comes to pick and pack fulfillment.
Building a company swag store is a lot more than just slapping your logo on a few popular items and managing swag store logistics. When done right, a company swag store can be a portal for true engagement. A place where teams can get excited about their individual departments and unique culture. It’s a way to reward people, a way to say thank you, congratulations, or to mark significant milestones. A well-branded and thoughtfully stocked store makes people feel like they’re part of an exclusive club, especially when it’s accompanied by a personalized packing experience. When it comes to swag fulfillment, the little details can make a world of difference. Many companies model their stores after retail chain sites to give them that real-world online shopping look and feel. Social Imprints can help create a store that speaks to your brand and delivers a unique shopping experience for the end user.
Let’s look at swag store logistics in terms of gift giving. With so many people working remotely or in hybrid roles in and out of an office environment, not to mention offices scattered across various locations, the logistics can be difficult. Global fulfillment services add yet another dimension to this equation. So, how do you deliver a memorable gifting experience when dealing with so many variables?
A well-organized company swag store can bridge that gap. Social Imprints recommends implementing a one-time use gifting portal, which can be distributed to teams digitally and visually crafted to fit any occasion using our kitting fulfillment services. Allowing employees to log in and choose their own bespoke gift not only creates excitement but puts the power of engagement directly into the employees’ hands. Some companies even choose to keep the gift as a surprise until it arrives. Imagine logging in, accepting your gift by entering your shipping address, and having a beautifully wrapped package full of premium goods arrive at your front door shortly after. With Social Imprints Global fulfillment services, this kind of engagement is simple and well within your budget.
The presentation of these goods matters just as much as the items themselves. A hand-tied bow, customized tissue paper, or a personalized note goes a long way to increase the overall value of a gift you give your employees. These additional touches in the pick and pack fulfillment process show your employee that they’re worth the extra effort. Social Imprints’ kitting fulfillment services can help! We have branded packaging ideas that fit any theme or occasion. You can rely on our expertise to optimize your personalized packing experience.
Another great solution for swag fulfillment is pre-orders. Have you ever pre-ordered concert tickets or an exclusive apparel piece? You can use our pre-order feature to build hype around a product launch or event in the same way. Pre-orders are a great way to gauge employee interest in certain items, and the process is simple. All you need to do is open ordering to your teams for a specific window of time.
Let’s say you’re having an offsite event in the winter, having attendees pre-order their branded scarves, beanies, or jackets is the perfect way to build momentum between the announcement of the event and the event itself. When people arrive wearing their branded apparel, they’re already engaged from day one, and it creates a feeling of team camaraderie.
Even better, with pre-orders, there’s no guesswork when it comes to sizing and quantity. Once the ordering window is closed, we produce only what was ordered. No overruns and no waste. Everyone gets exactly what they need, and you stay within your budget.
These are just a couple of examples of how to utilize your company swag store. Whether you’re looking to increase employee engagement, outfit a team, or just show your gratitude for a job well done, it’s clear that a company store is a great addition to your brand’s arsenal.
