We opened our doors in 2008 with a commitment to providing higher-paying professional jobs to at-risk adults who need a fair chance. 

We Believe In The Power Of Second Chances, And Progress

Since 2008, our social mission has been to provide expert job training, support, and career opportunities within a positive work environment for those in need. We prioritize individuals facing barriers to employment, including:

  • Returning citizens (released within 2 years)
  • Individuals recovering from substance abuse (sober 2+ years)
  • Individuals with inconsistent work history or reliance on public assistance
  • Individuals with limited education (less than a high school diploma)
  • Veterans (discharged within 5 years)

Seventy percent of our workforce is comprised of individuals within these categories, reflecting our commitment to providing a fair chance to those who need it most.Our commitment to second-chance hiring, employee profit-sharing, and workplace democracy means that every product we create fuels positive change.
