Client Spotlight: TechCrunch – Live Printing at the Crunchies Awards
In 2013, Social Imprints was selected as the official printer for the 7th Annual Crunchies Award Ceremony—then the tech industry’s largest awards celebration. TechCrunch chose us for our design expertise and strategic approach to custom merchandise planning and execution.
Our team created an immersive, print-shop-inspired experience during pre-registration and the post-event party. The pop-ups featured live, on-site screen printing of official Crunchies t-shirts, along with poster design using our mini press and dryer. We also produced the Crunchies Gorilla Awards and crafted thank-you keychains—miniature replicas of the award—as unique souvenirs for attendees.
